While we don’t know the details of the shooter’s motives yet, this is the standard “Waah, I’m so persecuted!” whine the right always gives out (I think one reason they love Trump is he’s a more successful whiner than they are). They also whine and disavow any responsibility when anyone on their side commits or attempts a violent act. As witness my previous posts here, here, and here. Including whining that it’s no different from the blood libel against Medieval Jews.
