I have no idea what message this cover art is meant to convey.
I’ve never gotten into Van Vogt but that’s a cool cover. 
I’m not much into Kornbluth either but I like this cover.
Here’s another one where I don’t get the story, but it’s more intriguing than the one up top.
The next two are odd as they’re two sides of an Ace Double. All the ones I’ve seen are SF or mystery but this appears to have one of each. I wonder how that worked out?
