A lesson I learned at the Mensa gathering but forgot to mention–

Disney really does rule the children of America. Yes, I know that’s not news, but it’s startling to see it in action.
It’s not really surprising the kids in the Ft. Worth Zoo’s tropical-fish exhibit were picking out Nemo and Dori from Finding Nemo, but somehow I hadn’t expected them to recognize a warthog. My mistake: “It’s Puumba!” was the cry.
Curiously nobody identified the meerkats as Timon. Either I was too far away to hear or the sheer cuteness of the meerkats left the kids bereft of speech.
