Fox host Will Cain, for example, says Good’s death was because she was smug. A man would have known there was a risk of escalation but she just kept pushing; protesters like her “think they have a hall pass to the possibility that blocking cops or using their cars as barricades could end violently — tragically, but violently.”
Good wasn’t protesting, she was picking up her kids. And as I’ve said before, disrespect is not a capital crime. Law enforcement and immigration officers should have enough training not to lose their cool. The Necrotic Toddler, of course, thinks otherwise — that should be a sign to any sane person where the truth lies.
Plus, of course, women have plenty of experience with belligerent men. They know violence is a possibility. That’s why so many of them choose the bear.
It’s ironic to think that back in the 1990s, right-wing radio host G. Gordon Liddy first advised listeners how to shoot federal agents in body armor, then apologized — instead of head shots try groin shots. Some right-wingers argued that in context he was talking about illegal attacks, Ruby Ridge! Waco! so he was right. Can you imagine them tolerating anyone saying anything like that about ICE agents, even when they’ve killed innocent people?
