Due to Plush Dudley’s back injury we’ve kept him downstairs since mid-January. Here’s a photo from before his back went out.
While having him sleep upstairs with us will make him (and us) happier, it does pose challenges. We’ll have to put a metal fence around the bed again to keep him from jumping (we decided he was doing so well we needn’t keep it up — foolish us) but he’s good at finding ways around it. He’s also good at evading our attempts to carry him down the stairs, running instead and that’s very bad for his back.
We will have to find a way to make it work but we haven’t figured it out yet.
