Due to the Dragoncon trip last Thursday through Labor Day, I didn’t get to post about last week’s work so …
I spent last week and this focused on two things, my Demand Media articles and the book. Much as I hate to let things go, when you only have seven days out of 10 …
The Demand Media articles went pretty well the first week until Wednesday. I had stuff to do to prepare for the trip which ate up a lot of the day, then some stuff for Mum that kept me distracted most of the afternoon. So not much paying writing and I wasn’t able to finish up the Terminator films (courtesy of Netflix and the local library) until this week.
This Wednesday wasn’t much better as I woke up with a splitting headache and feared I’d been hit by the dreaded “con crud.” But if I was it went fast, as I felt fine the next day. Otherwise though, I put in a full slate of Demand Media articles, and watched my quota of movies. Plus I began working on the actual text of the book, shaping each chapter of reviews into a coherent whole (though I only got as far as the introduction).
So while there was plenty of work done, it doesn’t add up to much of a blog post. Once things get back to normal, it should be better.
I will try to post on all the unreviewed time-travel and other stuff over the weekend.
