Conservatives hit the duofecta!

For conservatives such as Debbie Schlussel [edited to correct spelling it’s a dream situation where they can simultaneously damn uppity women for getting themselves raped and damn Muslims for being subhuman beasts (along with damning liberals who think Muslims who are anything else). And then Schlussel gets to play the victim card about how liberals are smearing her by pretending statements such as “So sad, too bad, Lara. No one told her to go there. She knew the risks.” implies she’s blaming the victim or taking some perverse pleasure in Logan’s rape. Gosh yes, what kind of sick mind could assume that?
(note to Ms. Schlussel, every rape apologist I’ve read claims they think rape is terrible, terrible, terrible, so it’s kind of unconvincing. It’s the equivalent of “Some of my best friends are black.”).
