Though our Christmas cactus is blooming even more.
Normally (as any long-term readers catching this know), I immerse myself in Christmas stuff. Christmas music. Christmas movies. Christmas specials. But because I’m spending so much time watching time-travel stuff, that’s not an option this year (I’ve already watched most of the Christmas time-travel films, and they’re nothing I want to rewatch).
And then, of course, being miserably sick didn’t really put me in the Christmas spirit. Nor did it leave me in shape to mail out most my Christmas cards.
So December definitely hasn’t been the month I expected.
But I have dogs snoozing on either side of me, and tonight I’ll be cuddling with TYG. Tomorrow we’ll open Christmas presents and give dogs their Christmas pizzles. An unChristmassy Christmas with my wife beatsa very merry Christmas on my own by a factor of 1,000.
So Merry Christmas to me. Merry Christmas to all. As we have TYG’s alumni Christmas party Saturday, I imagine I won’t be blogging again until the 27th. Until then, enjoy! Peace on Earth, good will to all.
